The Eggmen. Whenever I think of them or hear their name, a big smile comes to my face. Joy! That’s what this group brings to me and their countless number of fans.

Whether in full Sgt. Pepper regalia at the Scottish Rite, on stage at a wedding reception or playing a Beatles rooftop concert at the Austin Central Library, their music wows. It pleases. It touches your soul. It makes you feel good.

It helps The Eggmen play the songs of the Beatles, the best band ever. But it’s also because they perform their songs so well. They’re great musicians, great vocalists and have fun doing it. Others think so, too. The Austin Music Awards have honored The Eggmen with the “The Best Cover Band” award for 11 years. Yes, pure joy!

Off the Beatle Path, The Singer and The Song

The Eggmen are the quintessential Beatles tribute band, filled with heart, faithful interpretations, and energetic shows with raw vitality. I've seen a handful of those major touring Beatles tribute productions, and every one of them was beautifully done, but the musicianship is no better than what I've seen from The Eggmen in Austin, where I've always had a better time and felt a great sense of community. The Beatles come alive in Texas every time the mighty Eggmen take the stage.

There is a lot of joy in the Beatles catalogue and The Eggmen bring it to life. The musicianship, timing, and voices are spot on. Close your eyes and it IS the Beatles! Their shows are a delight. The Eggmen deliver on these great songs and move you to dance and sing along.

As one who has been a life long Beatles fan and even saw them when they performed in Dallas in the 60's, I was beyond delighted when I first saw and heard "The Eggmen". I have been a talent buyer in Austin for over 30 years and it is always my pleasure to add "The Eggmen" to a show, when appropriate. Their ability to replicate the songs of the Beatles through great musicianship and stunning vocals is only equaled by the costumes and other instrumental "tricks" that make the performance so much fun. If you closed your eyes, you would think you were, in fact, listening to "The Beatles"

Nancy works the hardest of any woman in town for our musicians. Thanks Nancy for all you do.

EggMen Biography

For over a quarter of a century The Eggmen have entertained audiences playing the music of the best band ever…The Beatles!  

We are based in the Austin/Central Texas area but have travelled extensively to the far reaches of both coasts and everywhere in-between.  

We have played hundreds of shows in clubs, bars, and restaurants, Minor League ballparks, party boats, schools, holiday celebrations, parades, Bar Mitzvahs, corporate events, shopping center grand openings, marathons, and even a funeral!  

We are honored to have been asked to play The Texas Governor’s Mansion on several occasions, including The Governor’s Christmas Ball.  

We are also well-known for playing WEDDINGS. We have played MANY over the years, in fact, it is not surprising for a couple to come to a live show and tell us we played their wedding and they’re now celebrating their 10th Anniversary!  

The band has been recognized by The Austin Music Awards, by winning the “Best Cover Band” award, 11 YEARS!  

Our Full Show consists of 3 Sets, each with its period-correct instruments and costumes. The First Set is full of early Beatles hits, played in matching stage suits. The Second Set songs are from their later period, and we’re dressed in psychedelic garb. The Third Set consists of songs from other bands from The Sixties(Rolling Stones, Monkees, Animals, Yarbirds, etc.) played in groovy, mod clothing. Sets can be adjusted to fit your needs.  

Whether it’s your first or fiftieth Eggmen experience ….a splendid time is guaranteed for all!
